Brutha! Appreciate you kicking the convo off. I don’t have super defined goals for 2025 as there’s a zillion things to get done but I should definitively get some focus points.
Part of me wants to create some business goals like setting a goal amount for memberships but the other part of me just wants to focus on metrics like people’s personal growth.
On the business angle, we need money to run, but that’s never my first focus! Gotta figure out a way to better integrate the business side with reaching the people.
Open to suggestions!

I’m doubling my client list this year (at least), and focusing on goals around sustainability/residuals with regard to earnings.

@danieltyack I get that completely. Money is energy, so the more we can get flowing, the more impact we can have. We do need to jam about how many memberships, etc. we want to get. Less about the money, and more about the impact. I’m like you where the money is the last thing I’m worried about. It appears when it’s supposed to.
Let’s set an initial goal. I think you had $35K as the first amount needed to create something cool for everyone.

@jonathan I have a loose map. Very loose. I know I need 110 new people. I’ve been focusing my personal hypnosis practice on attracting aligned clients and this month, I’ve added 10 new people to the list. In terms of more practical tools, I’m working on using social media and my various whatsapp groups to invite people to join my list… I’m also being more vocal at my day job (I’m not supposed to promote myself… but IDGAF anymore). I’d love any insight on how to expand my reach.

@jonathan Alright, let’s do some GOALS! I’m looking to pull in 30K in funding my March 2oth. That would push Undercurrent through the initial cash flow dips and get the process started in a meaningful way.
At the same time, It’s a LOT of work to hold it all together and I do need help as we grow. Payroll is expensive so I’m going to push for a dual goal. 30K in funding by March 20th, and 150K by September 22.
I’m looking to accomplish that with Business Partnerships. Currently setting up some listing for partners and have two local companies who have pledged their support for Events and programs. No money yet, but Coffee Coffee is being awesome and letting us Use the shop on Tuesday Evenings for Crafty Crafty! It would cost GOOD MONEY to rent a place out locally and Coffee Coffee is already set up with drinks, grub and great counters for crafting.

So far this year, I’ve gained 21 new email list subscribers! If I can sustain this rate, I’ll surpass my goal. Looking for sustainability practices!
