Hi everyone, my name is AJ. I live in Denver and I am very excited to be a part of this community. Daniel Tyack helped me a few years ago, and I am eager to continue my journey alongside you all.
Recently I have been living with a lot of anger, and it has become a common emotion for me, often masking or accompanying another emotion like guilt or confusion or frustration. Recently, a miscommunication with a client resulted in me feeling intense anger. I know this can be difficult without more context, but does anyone else experience anger in their life, and how do you work with it?
sashmoe, ToniP and danieltyack-
Super glad you’re here AJ! Thanks for introducing yourself. 🙌🏽
And when it comes to anger, I am an ANGRY person whenever I’m out of alignment. It’s life’s way of telling me I need to make some shifts to get into alignment. Anger is 100% my out of balance emotion and it’s literally written into my human design chart. 😅I’ve found the best way to work with it is to be inquisitive about it, don’t take it seriously (let it pass) and NEVER put it on others like “that person is making me angry”. Being inquisitive about it keeps things light and gets you to the bottom of things a lot quicker. Imagine, instead of putting it on others, you ask yourself “why am I angry”. Don’t let the answer be anything about the person in question, keep it internal. “I’m angry because _____”.
Don’t stop there! Be annoying with yourself, like a child with too many questions.
Question One: Why am I angry?
Answer: Because ________
Question Two: Why would that make me angry?
Answer: Because ________
Question Three: Why does that make me angry?Repeat the process and you’ll arrive at earlier times in life where something made you upset. Find the first times you can remember that happening, and you’ll likely find the root of the anger issue. 🏆
Or just him me up for an Emotional Alchemy Session and we’ll sort it out!

Thank you both for your responses. I am very excited to evolve/transform/recontextualize my anger into something more useful and in balance with my future self. I think one of my obstacles has been taking things too seriously and not enjoying the ride.
Daniel- I will probably take you up on the Emotional Alchemy Session sometime soon.
Thanks again, all

Welcome, AJ @ajb408 ! Glad to have you here. Yes, anger. I am familiar as well. I’ll echo what Daniel said, ask the questions, find balance.
