Hey gang, who’s ready for some meet ups! There’s a ton of amazing groups and meet ups for the local mindful folk, and we can of course host our own. Would love to hear your thoughts on meaningful meet ups for the group!

You know I’m here for it, and let’s figure out some logistics! Would love to have a program for everyone around the world, even if they don’t have an in person. What are you imagining for vibe / show flow?

I’m thinking we open with a drop in, invite some sharing around intentions for the lunation, and end with an integration practice, hypnosis, journaling, guided visualization, ritual, reiki, etc. whatever feels best for the themes of the particular moon phase/transit. These can be as short as 30 min or up to an hour and a half depending on what ends up resonating with the community! These can easily be done in person or online… or both.
